Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Start Pro or Ultra in the Farhand iPhone app and your first 7 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. The trial is one per Apple ID.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store, in your local currency. Prices shown are in US dollars. Subscribe in the iPhone app, then sign in on the web with the same Apple ID.
What counts as relay data?
Only connections that go through our relay, which is every web session and any iPhone session away from your home network. Connections on your home network are direct and don't count. Usage resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time, in the app (Settings → Manage Subscription) or in your Apple ID settings. Upgrades to Ultra take effect right away.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Everything keeps working on your home network. Access from anywhere, including the web, pauses until you subscribe again. Your computers stay in your account.
